Vaseline/Uranium Glass

Here are some "Frit Marbles". I think that they are Vacor--not sure though.

They glow after you hit them with white light. "Phosphorescence" is the word regarding these.

You can hit them with a lazer light and make little letters/marks on them--pretty cool.

Marble--On!!

Melissa ! You scored Big Time for sure. That is probably most unusual example of UV glass I’ve ever seen 🔥

The mortar and pestle?  I’ve never seen anything like it until today. It was pricey and I probably paid too much but I just love it.

The wife loves Czech perfume bottles, especially the Vaseline.

The Westmoreland “bathing beauty” is nice, several akro ashtrays below it also glow, as do some gearshift knobs.

the big green bowl is our biggest UV piece. Items in the last pic are going to a depression glass show next month to find new homes.FB50E67A-57C9-43AA-B3C6-A3FA1C809526.thumb.jpeg.c3a53902c2778be89d10de75cdcd9ddc.jpegED9D11C5-6BF3-46E9-9C6C-3801AE9F6E02.thumb.jpeg.08c7ee0ea19ab34544243d376a1d2e4a.jpeg710A3029-7C31-4617-9437-AB79B30BE38E.thumb.jpeg.e42fefea22626845cd605c59b4ca5a02.jpeg103D2DD0-CB99-4B4B-BBB7-05D7ABADCCC5.thumb.jpeg.df60df8aa1d94491780f76ae79097bc9.jpeg

That is a nice piece, I’d have bought it as well.👍
