VaMarbles
Fairly sure it’s not a super ball this time @Fire1981, lol. Wicked Hybrid Popeye? Or torch marble? Feel like it’s old with the hit marks 3
YasudaCollector
Interesting!!! I don't think I've ever seen one like this (whatever it is). 🙂

Fire1981
The molten pinprick in pic 2 deserves another look. The fleabite in the yellow in pic 1 is a flea bite. These are "traits" you don't find on the surface glass of contemporary marbles.🔥 RAR
VaMarbles
Holding out hope it’s a hybrid Popeye. I decided to take a chance on it since it was in a lot with other Akros and old Handmades. Also saw the flea bites on it before buying and thought it that was somewhat of a good sign for old.

William
I'm thinking it's a wicked looking Akro...would be a bad*** Popeye to have if the consensus rules in that favor...

William
I keep coming back to this nice marble...it's an eye catcher for sure...Tri-Color Special I'm thinking. There's some nice images out there of many Variations with dazzling color combos. Love it and hope I'm right. Be Cool 👍😎
Alan
For me: Vintage, original surface. Not a Popeye. Another weird piece that shows that marble making wasn't brain surgery and pretty much anything can come out of a marble tank at some point. I looked at this one for a long, long, long--- time. More images are needed of the cut marks imho but---I do think that Akro Agate is not out of the question. These are Akro colors--a very weird combo but very cool indeed---very cool!!! Popeye??---backlight it in any future images—maybe—but who cares really. A really nice nice marble!!! Marble—On!! VaMarbles
Well here are the additional pictures and size. 11/16. It arrived today. I really feel like it’s a Popeye. It came with more Popeyes which look to be to be polished since they are slightly smaller than 11/16. Has some small flea bites but still in excellent shape. 2
