akroorka
I included @shiroaiko here. As well as many that have dropped out and came back to marble collecting--@steph? I dropped out for quite awile--I am back for sure-just not as far as I wished I was. @Fire1981 dropped out for awhile he is back in spades. Many such as @Al Oregon want to back off but he keeps coming back with his wisdom. @Chad G. is pushing through pain but he is here for us--always. We are geting thin on the older side of collecting--but many of us are back and committed. @Alan is no spring chicken but he gives us his best for sure. @Nantucketdink is not a youngster either. I have missed many but you get what I mean--it is supper time and I have to go Marble—On!! Bing Videos
shiroaiko
@akroorka Thanks for letting me join.😃💕 I've got my boombox when I was in the 5th grade, used it for recording a voice letter to a class mate. At night on the radio was music like Shine on TV by A-ha, Sade and Stevie Wonder. I listened to the radio throughout my teenage years. A Japanese music critic, Yoichi Shibuya, often recommended artists like the Gipsy Kings and Weather Report. Before my interest shifted more toward jazz, I listened a lot to David Bowie, The Police, and Frank Zappa. I love the unique beautiful voice of Kate Bush... my brother had lots of her cds.

Nantucketdink
I was born late 1969 and have loved heavy metal music my whole life. Still love my 80s hair bands to this day. Yes I am the 55 year old asshole guy blasting satellite radio music out of my truck, I admit it.

Nantucketdink
I haven’t been to a concert in years but am meeting up with some high school buddies to see AC/DC in Tampa in a couple of weeks. I live in Mass so definitely first time I will be flying to a concert (in a plane)…I suppose I used to fly to every concert I ever went to. 1

TheVacorFan
I guess I'm the youngest one here (18), right? Most of the music from my childhood is from Need For Speed games (Pro Street, Carbon, Undercover)... Avenged Sevenfold - Almost Easy was and is still one of my favourite songs. So is Disturbed - Decadence, however Stricken is also really cool. Nowadays I often listen to metal, for example bands like Invent Animate or Architects.
