This one does not strike me as American - I think it's the weak striping.

That is correct - a pretty typical German. And I am going to guess that the other marble is much newer.

Four marbles unknown. Maybe a Cobalt marble king and jabo.

I'll guess two Peltiers top row and two Alleys on the bottom. Nice job with the pics, showing both seams (multiple views) is usually helpful. The upper right is an especially desirable marble. -
