Dang! What a difference.

I wonder if this kind of copy/paste will work with the gallery photos included. Yes! The images are showing up, at least for me. Chad posted this in the buy-sell-trade forum. Already sold, folks. (Sorry ). Akro Agate 50ct Striped Onyx No.2 Box 3/4" Akro Agate Slags. Some are slightly larger, some smaller. Marbles appear to be original to the box. Some have clear indication of being hand gathered and exhibit nice "9" and "tails". .... Paper dividers appear to be original. ....

So now the question on the table is were the clear patches dug? Did they show up in any packaging. I have seen one or more patches on rainbo-quality glass in mesh bags along with rainbos. However, the glass I'm remembering was pale green with yellow patch. The green being solid (possibly translucent).

I loved that show. It was a strange moment in time all by itself -- strong non-traditional woman playing strong traditional woman, and then in later years when her character tried to break into the non-traditional she had to act incompetent and need the man to rescue. Too serious?

I agree. It is true that T-Rex from one year could look different from T-Rex from another year. So may your marble would look more like a different year's T-Rex. However, to me your marble has the structure of an Akro corkscrew. So ... keep it safe in the corkscrew section. And protect it from damage. It is a nice color combo.

Mega, Vacor, Fabricas Selectas, however they are presented I know style names may not always be known -- like for marbles sold in the variety nets. Even if a style is already represented, feel free to add more examples. We know they could differ from run to run. More is better here.

Josh, I did wonder about the purple and reds maybe being Vacor. I couldn't think of which style name to look up, so thank you for that. I _think_ the structure on Doug's looks Akro on this marble. I'm not sure I follow. I'll say "on the tracks" if we're talking standard usage. If it's humor, all bets are off. I need some context.

It's a gorgeous marble.

I sooooo wanted to say that but I was afraid. Was hunting through Cairo and Ravenswood pix.

I feel like I've seen that one also ... but where? Checked several possibilities and not found it yet.

The ribbon structure on this one is ... different .....
