  1. Yeah a royal id is exactly the one I believe your thinkin of Rick, I guess almost any Akro could have av. i.e. "chemical reaction" Not sure but I believe the royals containing av. were intentional ?? I don't have any but I think Jason (bumblebee) has quite a few he acquired long ago in a score (He posted them on the score thread I believe ??), this is an old picture and the estimated price is whacked out but @ least everyone will know what were talking about.
  2. I agree 100% on the Pelt I.D. Labeled 5/8ths, kinda small for a so called "miller" but the seamless structure does fit the bill. I think I see what resembles a seam in this pic ?? Just a fold but as close as your gonna get as far as I can see !!
  3. Not sure about the "red comet" but I do have one w/ av. & oxblood, non uv reactive, similar I think in structure to a royal. Some sliver av as well as some dirty dark av.
  4. Hmm ! Not CA or Akro I think ?? Is it uv ?? Thinking W. Va. same as Art !!
  5. Don't forget the "naked" part, guess the one thing we can all agree on is it's an old German handmade
  6. I see another Alley (uv reactive or not) you must have ran into a load ??
  7. Make a nice ring or pendant ?? Irregardless not many pieces of mibs you can say are "keepers"
  8. I think it was supposed to be av naked solid core didn't quite make it all the way around ??
  9. Looks like a "mistake" to me as well, I agree w/ David, probably supposed to be a "naked solid core" (nice "brownish" jelly ribbon thrown into the mix to confuse even further)
  10. Not sure, don't see initials name or date on either end ?? Hopefully someone more familiar w/ this one will chime in, wish I could be more help !!
  11. Contemporary, "mica" in the transparent green, Lutz is a gold color, nice mib Jeremy Here's a few pics of an old handmade German handmade w/ Lutz, one shot inside and one outside in natural light (both pics same mib)

  13. Apologies not necessary David, I do it all the time, yes I agree, later production Germans.
  14. Not Master, not sure what I see ?? The seams in the first 2 look kinda like Imperial or maybe a Japanese pincher ?? Well here I go again ....
