  4. "You're Welcome" thanx for the remembrances wish I would have held onto that game. Ah well, kids !!
  5. Boy does that bring back memories my Brother & I had one as children. He got it for Christmas one year. The marbles met the same fate as the rest of them, "our slingshots" I don't really know te value of the game a a whole but the white Japanese pincher marbles are only pennies, I have hundreds of them in every color imaginable., I remember taking some pics of some Pee -Wees for Steph and a few slipped in the background. I don't have any black pinchers & can't remember seeing any. Looks like you have some manner of dark green clearie ?? Wish I had a value for the game as a whole ?? "Thanks for the post" it brought back some great memories Chad G.

A Peltier NLR Red Zebra has 4 red ribbons on a white base, exactly what yours has on one side. The other side is kind of wonky though, the ribbons don't meet, no broken cork or checkerboard pattern ?? Kinda messed up but still a Red Zebra They can vary quite a bit in size and so forth but the basic structure remains the same unless you are dealing with a "Miller Machine Example" with patience & time you will become atoned to identifying them. AN OLD PIC FROM MY FRIEND TERRYS SITE COMLPLIMENTS OF "LEE'S LEGENDARY MARBLES A LARGE 15/16ths EXAMPLE FOR SALE RIGHT NOW ON Ebay. I COUNT 2 SEAMS SO NOT A MILLER (maybe) BUT SIMILAR & HUGE. TO BE CONSIDERED A TRUE MILLER THEIR SUPPOSED TO HAVE ONLY ONE SEEM. If you want to take a look at the full Ebay listing here it is: LINK : https://www.ebay.com/itm/294109166424?mkevt=1&mkcid=1

    Marbles ID

Agree with Steph "Translucent" or "Semi Opaque" not "Transparent"
  11. Agree, with Ric, a lot of work, very confusing to have to go back & forth 15 or 20 times. I would say 3 marbles per post to eliminate confusion & increase the accuracy & speed of the I.D., you'll probably get a lot more responses also " Thanks"
  12. Way to go, I thought Joe's stuff was gone forever. I've used his site off and on for years. Thank you so much for posting it here Steph " Fantastic" Cool back onto my favorite's bar it goes
  13. "Welcome to Marble Connection Liam" A great place to be !! Lots of great people & great fun along with years of accumulated knowledge.
  14. x 2 agreed, visible transparent butt crack on both, especially the first, thanks for the pic repost William

    Mk?

Have to agree with Steph on this one also, I see Pelt.
  17. As I do as well, Peltier, as a matter of fact closer to the dual color one I had than Bills.
  18. Yours I would say is Asian made, the veins appear to cross through but if you look closely in the center of the marble the color ends temporarily before returning on the other side. AS far as I know Marble King made the original U.S. version of the Crosthrough, I believe they only had 4 veins and the colors actually do cross through, Generally larger marbles, "Steph" has some good ones she has pictures of & is much more knowledgeable on them than I am. I think the MK cross through's were made at the St. Mary's location?? The two I have posted are both Asian, probably Japanese, you can see where the colored veins end pretty easily on the R,W,G a little harder to see on the B.R,W. Some of the cats are moving up, MK painted turtles, cross throughs, Vitro are all beginning to go up in value. Some are truly beautiful marbles, the MK painted turtles are my favorites with the thick multi colored veins of the Hybrid Vitro's coming in second. The third pic is a Vitro just to give you an idea of what I was talking about. Fourth & 5th pics are some MK painted turtles for sale on Ebay right now, they come in many different colors just like every other cat. Stephen Bahr is a member here & has made several YouTube marble I.D. vids, the first is his home page link and contains all his vids, the second is specifically on cats eyes. These vids are well made & will give you a good jump start on marble I.D.'s "Have fun William" !! 19. "Thanks Chuck" got some in the dug Heaton I received, hard to forget a marble like that, I was going to say Cairo on the yellow one but I have a hard time with Cairo & Alox both.
  20. Akro aqua "onyx corkscrew" MF Christensen slag Heaton ?? Not absolutely sure, tip of my tongue ?? Have a great day with your family William.
  21. Try shots of both ends, followed by quarter turn shots of the sides as you rotate it if you could Tommy ??
  22. I'll go with Peltier, somewhere in the citrus family ?, maybe a citrus tree ?? Definitely a keeper !! Outstanding marble.
