Ok !!! It's just a simple Sony handy cam set on macro, no editor, this one was taken w/ the tripod and hand control or I get a blurry picture every time in macro by hand. As for the marble yes a striped horse but with a name, an aventurine loaded "ZEBRA" !! I realize all that av. was going to be very confusing that's why I picked that mib. can't make em all easy !! here's a picture of the marble. I'll just leave this one as quasi solved. THE ANSWER !!! A PELTIER ZEBRA !!!!!!! KINDA SOLVED !!!!!!!!! I'll have some more shortly !!!!! Thanks for being good sports and letting me get away w/ those misses I'llhavethat1. One of the traits of a so named "Peltier miller machine" marble is that they only exhibit 1 seam, Peltier did not make a diaper fold marble, diaper folds are a CAC marble. Hope this helps you Bonnie, google pics of each, sometimes I use Bing' s search engine also when I'm looking for an I.D. You have to be careful as sometimes they show the wrong marble, better to ask for some pics here or on the other marble forum. I don't have any diaper folds anymore and only about 10 or 15 CAC mibs. Center looks Champion, W.Va. 9:00, maybe Jabo 11:00 and 3:00, the 1:00 has me stumped but is a killer looking mib might be a pelt swirl, 6:00 I have no Idea !!!

I can't afford them anymore either, not on Soc. sec. pay, but I still manage to get a good one every now and then.

Wonder why those colors on the red face faded ?? end of run ?? short run ??? a mistake ?? Obviously not widely distributed like the rest of the Vitro line. Besides Akro I always thought them one of the more prolific producers around, @ least when I was a kid there was tons of vitro and Akro for sale at the country store, sling shot material. Wonder how many hundred dollar bills I threw @ those birds and chipmunks ?? My Brother and I even flung the mibs we got from Gramps at the local wildlife. What did they used to call those Alleys w/ metal in them kike that?? Wait they call em snakeskin now, used to be welding rod, not sure if that's how the metal got there or what ?? regardless some very nice mibs Chuck, never seen either one and I've been around almost as long as you, started in the late 80's w/ hand mades and pelts, think the reason I haven't seen a lot of some mibs is because of where I live or I was to wrapped up chasin some other marbles. Nothing in the wild anymore, hasn't been for years, only traces and what you buy online. I never even bought a mib from Ebay or anything like that till around 2013-2014 everything just seemed to slowly dry up ?? "Thanks for postin em Chuck", them's some killer mibs !!! Yes I paid $500.00 for a German trans sub. 12 - 15 years ago, it looked pretty close to this one.
