  1. Nice blow hole!! I think neither but I cannot call what it really is. Marble--On!!
  2. I agree with Steph and I will call the right one a Vitro--no name here. Nice marbles! Marble--On!!
  3. Marble A is a patch—either Akro or Master imho. The cutlines do not show very well in your images. B is a Peltier “Rainbo”. Fairly common this one. C looks like a WVS of some make—vintage imho. It does look like a Jabo “classic” color combo though. Marble—On!!
  4. It will be in the next FB😁. Marble--On!!
  5. Yep-- Vacor--Octupus without an Iridescent finish--just my opinion--- And I hope to see some more-- Marble--On!!
  6. I have had one like it that never got a good ID--even back in the "Ron Day's (RIP Ron). 3/4"--pretty big--I always tought Alley--but I just suck at WVS ID. Marble--On!!
  7. The left one mystifies me—well, they all do for that matter. The left one has an unusually large fold for a Pelt—weird for sure. The middle one looks like a cross between a Pelt “Christmas Tree” and a Pelt “Burnt Christmas Tree.—Pretty weird as well. The third looks like a crossover Pelt NLR made during a color change—very weird and very cool! The size is the thing here—@ 5/8”. I know that folks hold back because of the “Jabo Contracts” and the amount of variations but I will commit to these all being Pelt. Christmas Tree’s—yes and no—much more special imho. I cannot remember a more messed up and very cool trio, in one image, in my marble collecting life. @Chad G., @Fire1981 and @cheese may have some helpfull opinions. I will lay down by my dish after they chime in. @Nantucketdink knows Jabo for sure. Nice marbles for sure--they sure got me thinking! Marble--On!!
  8. Pelt "Woodie Red Zebra? I am not too good with names. Nice find!! Marble--On!!
  9. Nice marble Chad--just when I say red on blue you come up with a blue on red---very cool! Marble--On!!
  10. Hmmm, this one reminds me of a Scott Patrick marble. I am surprised that you did not catch these vibes Fire. I will bid--just because--Thanks!!! Marble--On!!
  11. Pretty cool Fire--Very cool!!! 1920-1930's? The first image almost looks like there is a corkscrew in the back one (yellow and blue???) Thanks for sharing it! Marble--On!!
  12. Sundays best for sure. Of course I collect Akro--but I collect pouches as well. I had this pouch and marble verified by the King and Queen of Akro. Thanks for that—Great folks, the Hardy’s. The marble is one of six or so that they have seen and they have one that looks exactly like the one that I show here. The fist image is natural, the second under black light, the third is backlit. The pouch, well what can I say, I did not need it to be verified but they sure liked it and were glad to see some of the stuff that is still out there to be found. I wonder if these may be a paired set for winner of a marble tournament, probably will never know. I collect pouches and I will never top this one. (Well, you never know, do you?) Collect on!!
  13. MFC x3--nice one! Marble--On!!
  14. I think that the first one is an Akro patch of some name. The second one is an Akro Corkscrew. The third one is a very weak Pelt Rainbo. Marble--On!!
  15. For some reason I think that the red on blue shows up a tad larger. Marble--On!!
  16. You are not alone here my friend. Many of us--including me, have found that collecting marbles is a good way to put the past behind us and to concentrate on the present. What a trip collecting marbles can be--busy minds and research will help to heal some of the worst thoughts or memories. The Interweb is full of surprises when it comes to collecting these cute little orbs Let’s get into it my marble collecting friend and keep the mind busy! Marble--On!!
  17. It is not a slag Mojo. Slag’s are two colored—mostly white swirls with a transparent base color that may or may not be dominant. I am seeing blue, green and white here, so I would call it as a swirl. This one appears to be out of round a bit. I think that Jabo is a good call on this one. I appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more. Marble—On!!
  18. I will gratefully give you my assessment. (I love The ID section) The size tells the final story here—these are Jabo imho—Not Jabo “Contract” but Jabo production made marbles that were made in the factory and meant for distribution around the world. Collectors will call these “Jabo Classic”. Any damage to these is not acceptable today but who knows 40 years from now? These are not too attractive to the current collectors—just marbles that most of us will save for the future. (I hope that none of us tosses marbles to the trash) Nice post and nice images—just keep on Marbling on!

    CAC ?

No CAC here imho--never forget the size Mojo---- It may be an older marble from Europe/not USA at least--nothing that I recognize. I think that the term "slag" is right one though. @Nantucketdink seems to have a nice collection from overseas--lets call him out for an evaluation here. Marble--On!!
  20. X2-- Great images! Marble--On!!
  21. The forth image down from the top has me wondering. These are not too familiar to me. @Ric is a MK guru—maybe he will step in with some thoughts. @Steph also knows her MK marbles--lets just ask for some input from her. What a great gift—most are “All Red’s---but some killer examples for sure. Marble—On!!
  22. Nice trade! You may need a 100 count box to put these in--who knows? Marble--On!!
  23. You have a Pelt Rainbo mixed in there Mojo---not a hard one to find. Marble--On!!
  24. Killer finds! That rootbeer cork--second up from the bottom. Marble--On!!
