  1. This one looks like an Akro to me. As always, more opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Marble--On!!
  2. I am not really sure that the “Royal” was even a production type; they may have all been dug. Akro did not do AV on purpose quite simply put. Some of the Akroware has it in abundance and it is usually in the green colored pieces but that was a whole different process. There is an Akro cork, "olive drab" on white that will show a little AV. It will take a lupe to see it and I am quite sure that it was not intentional. This is the only production corkscrew that I have seen it in on a regular basis. If you have one look it up. Here is my collection of this type and if you look real close you may see a few flakes. I also posted a “for sure dug” “Royal”, it may have had a few more well rounded “cousins”. Marble--On!!
  3. Blue man group--good one! I see more solids named as CAC or MFC every day. Marble--On!!
  4. Yes Chad, me too---Good job once again cheese. Marble--On!!
  5. If I had to pick one to see more of, it would be the middle one on the bottom row. What a great bunch of Pelts Chad--really great. Nice image/collage for sure! Marble--On!!
  6. Nice master my friend, very nice! Marble--On!!
  7. This is a nice clean one and it is just the best marble that I have in my Vacor stable. It is more than likely the most rare Vacor that you can find. A 45mm Vacor Atmosphere. I purchased this one from a Vacor dealer many moons ago—no doubt in my mind what it is. This baby is out in the sunlight, please forgive the picnic table reflections—this marble is as clear as they get. Marble—On!!
  8. I will throw Champion out there just for kicks and give this one a BUMP! Marble--On!!
  9. You are right, this one is Chinese. Unfinished pontil and all. I just dig the colors, just over 5/8”. Just imagine what they could make without all of the pressure of making many vs making quality. We have it good here in the USA and I will collect what I will. If you have a few Chinese made marbles that you like post them, I am not afraid to say that some are just killers. Marble—On!!
  10. This one is for Chad, I know how he loves natural light. It is 93 degrees and it feels like 110, the skeeters are out in masses. I did my best with a bunch of corks (I did get bit once or twice—even in the sunlight). My cat Ragnar is OK with corkscrews as long as they are in the shade today. Marble—On!!
  11. Not too shabby my marble collecting friend. Great images and great looking marbles as well. Marble—On!!
  12. I agree, A Vacor “White Tiger”is as close as I can come too. Does it have an iridescent (really shiny) finish? Marble—On!!
  13. Nope, $50-$60 maybe. Your search for these is well known Chad--back off ---or make an offer. It is a nice marble for sure but it could be 1 year old or less imho. Marble--On!!
  14. Hmm black MK cats?? I would love to see some. Marble--On!!
  15. It is a very nice color, I agree. Marble--On!!
  16. I will stick with Pelt on this one and I am just judging on the small amout of damage. Nice marble non-the less. Marble--On!!
  17. I think so, it may be a Veiligglas. Nice marble for sure! Marble--On!!!!
  18. Chad may be onto somthing here. Milky Oxbloods made by Akro Agate are some of the messiest Oxbloods made imho. They can also be a hard ID because of the variations found. Just something to consider IMHO. Marble-On!!
  19. Do not feel bad crashbelt, I asked my wife what year it was a few hours ago. Nice images for sure!! Marble--On!!
  20. Here are a few Heatons, how do I know? ( yes I suck at WVS ID’s) I was lucky enough to find a few original boxes. I hunt boxes and these were the real deal—no doubt in my mind---no doubt. I lit up the second image to try to show some oxblood on the greenish ones. Killer marbles, Marble—On!!
  21. Aqua in a slag by itself may trick you into thinking that it is blue. Here is a comparison between the two. The aqua one in this image may be a Pelt, a CAC or in my world an Akro. I am not so sure about MFC though. Did MFC make an aqua marble like this? I cannot remember. Then we can get into the slag vs swirl arena. Yasuda, Vacor and others made what looks like a slag or a swirl. Aqua may have been made in an earlier time frame than machine made’s were. Rare but I would love to see one. Whatever may be, they are hard find for me in good condition, they must have been a popular thing to shoot. Marble—On!!
  22. The green tint throws me off on this one--great comment’s by all. More opinions are needed with this one and of course, they are always welcomed. Marble—On!!
  23. Hmm, it is an odd one for sure. It could be one of many but Akro is a good guess imho. More opinions are needed on this one. Marble—On!!
