clydetul62
I love that 3rd pic. Bill, I had a little help in someone advising me during that auction. Yahoo chat was great during that time cause you can talk while during auction to your mib buds everywhere. He told me to get that one as it would be probably be one of the rarest mib I'd see. Too bad I was bidding against your buddy Peter. I'd gotten it a LOT cheaper. The clearie that Scott got is underrated IMO. When I first got into mibs 11 yrs ago one of my first purchases was a collection that had a little of everything in it. There was 6 or 7 of those clearies all diff colors. I have maybe 3 left. Most had the ghost cores. A couple had a little bit of white swirl.

Some of these are real ugly like this big 1 5/32" dark amber, it's why seen yours as an amber base. David great pics & great marbles!!! Jeroen love the eggyolk ox!!! Big ones are always nice!!! BJ does not matter that was someones favorite shooter..... still Awesome!!! Will post pics of my lesser ones first..... the ones guess you might call slags... transparent colored glass with random swirls of white.... Their still more than that to me....."Greiner Slags" I Love them all!!! Big ugly amber is 1 1/32", teal is 13/16", green is 3/4" has lavender in the white so not a slag IMHO, white 23/32" and the purple is 23/32". Steph
Does this fit in this thread? It looks different to me. But it has a ground pontil. I think. My marble but Charles' pix.
I LOVE MARBLES
If the pontil is ground/faceted then yes it is a Greiner slag! Real nice color on that one! Love this thread!
