  6. Very nice DB,even here in Holland they are not easy to find. More views of the right marble of post #1 2 other marbles for comparison. Left marble I found in Holland right marble got it from America.
  7. Swirls that I've found in Holland.
  8. Oh yeah,if you're sure it isn't Champion then I have to believe I'm wrong. I thought I bought it in America.There are 2 or 3 possibilities,i've put it in the wrong box or I bought a Veiligglas marble in America (not the first time) The third option I just don't know LOL. Steph could you delete my post? Oh and at Joe's site I see a lot of Champion swirls,which look like swirl that i found in Holland. I'll post a pic- of the ones I found here in the calender thread.
  9. So probably still hand-gathered?
  10. Left is an Amsterdam swirl and right is Champion.
  11. Hi welcome,I'm from the Netherlands,I'm looking for American made marbles. I've sent you a PM.
  12. Thanks,I find this type until now only in Netherlands.
  13. I like your choise topic Steph!!
  14. The #4 on top are Japanese fig8. #4 under are Peltier Rainbo.
  15. "Now I'm thinking again. Galen,is it not a strange place for a seam,does it not belong on the opposite site of the messed up "nine".....or may be the messed up "nine pattern have been formed by chance??
  16. Amsterdam swirl with gold metallic {or something like that}
  17. You've got some nice marbles there,I like the third pic- best.
  18. Ann and Galen,thats not what I mean. Me too have several slags and transitionals without a "nine"that are clearly handgathered.. What I mean to say is: that at first glance this marble seems hand-gathered,but in my view it is not. After all,if it would be hand-gathered,the cut off should be on the opposite place of the "nine",isn"t it?? The cut off of this marble is IMO right under the messed up "nine",thats why I was a bit lost. For clarity,at first glance looks to be a Hand-gathered slag but is machien made. Of course I can be wrong (because I"m not familiar with American slags). Here's a pic- of which I think is the cut off. Sometimes I wich I could explain myself better LOL.
  19. Very nice Wilie!! Ann,thats why i was a bit lost,being a slag with a messed uo "nine"but clearly IMO not handgathered,I found contradictory. Think i make it too hard for myself,from now on I will enjoy marbles and not think too much about,made by whom and where and whats it.
  20. I don't see 2 seams,might be a cut off. I wonder wether it's new though with so many bids??
  21. Most are regular size about 5/8 and 4 of them are about 11/16.
