Appears to be an Akro patch on the right and a couple of lazy corkscrews on the left.

The "Score!" thread. Post your exciting finds here...

Some nice finds there - the pink one is great. The fired clay marble is often referred to as an Akron Roller but I am not sure they were made by AM&T Co. -
I would say most likely newer MK double patches but sometimes these types and similar Vitros can be tough to tell apart.

A nice variety to start off West Virginia Wednesay!

Man, I see what you mean about a light polish on the big one - it really does look sweet! The others ain't too bad either. Great snags!

I think you're doing remarkable work for having just started. My favorite in this group is the blue and green one, for sure. And I definitely see the snake head on that last one.
-
Alley definitely wouldn't shock me. And just FYI, the term "diaper fold" is usually associated with a specific type of fold found on CAC marbles. Check this post for a good example.

If you consider your first pic the top of the mib, I think a pic of the front (the side facing the bottom of that pic) would go a long way toward a correct ID.

It's hand gathered and machine rounded so it is a transitional. And it looks like a good possibility of being an American Agate too.
-
No pic . . . ?
-
I'll split the ticket: Vitro left and MK right are my guesses.
-
Here is a 1 1/8" (not including the little nub) sextuple ingot. It's Bill's marble now. It takes some effort to see all six of the 5/8" marbles, but the volume calculation is spot on too.
-
I'd guess Marble King.
-
The base looks a bit weak for Alley, at least to me. At that size, if light goes through it, it's probably not Alley.
-
Not CAC, although someone may be able to identify which company did make it. My first guess would be Champion.

Oh yeah, that's a beautiful 'bo! Looks like a little lucky purple in there too.
-
I think the word your looking for is "bifurcation". lol
-
It's fun to collect the different colors out there. I may have wrangled a few more since this pic was taken.

I'm pretty sure I've seen some vintage gumball-style marble machines.

I'd say so. Nice marble, regardless. Good luck!

This is what I've been waiting for! Who knew Rick had any Pelts. lol Lots of nice ones but I'm digging the blue ones in the group shot.

It's a pretty one. I doubt it's Imperial. And I can see why Vitro seems possible, but I am thinking about Master too . . .
