  8. John Frier, Jr., the president and son of the founder of the Alox Manufacturing Company has passed away. Hugs and love to Jack's daughter Nancy and the rest of their family. She wants no "sorry"s. She's celebrating his wonderful full-lived life. <3 <3 <3

  19. Hello Fritz. Great question. I know that German marbles were used as casters on the bottom of furniture, like on piano benches. And smaller sized marbles were used as things like wine stoppers. I look forward to hearing what other answers you receive.
