  1. I see an "Akro milky oxblood"
  2. Depending on what type of submarine you have some can be worth well over $1000.00, size, rarity, and most of all "condition" play a big part in the value. I am very familiar with (Terry's) Grandpamarble's store site. I've known him for well over 20 years. Here's the link to his store if ya want to take a look. LINK : http://grandpamarble.com/index.html

  4. Looks like @ least 3 submarines, some very nice handmades ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ "Welcome to Marble Connection Sebastian" So good to have you here !! Many years of accumulated marble and marble related information here. There is also a search bar in the right upper corner if you have any specific query. Again "Welcome" The one in pic (5) without the opaque white banding traveling through the translucent based interior with opaque banding only on the outside I believe is called a Banded Translucent
  5. Agree, no pontil, chipped machine made marble
  6. My best guess is Alley on this one, very hard to capture the flame "type" pattern, I really had to use a low wattage light @ a tad over 9/16ths, came w/ a bunch of other gamers I have. I always look through everything w/ a bright light and hit it @ least once w/ the uv.
  7. I was looking at that one to ? I've seen them w/ very light mica before, the "mica" in this one looks a bit funky ?? And I'm not seeing the "pontil mark" they're trying to point out. I looked at the rest of his marbles and don't see any Germans ?? Hmm ??
  8. An Alley swirl for this "Sundays' Best" I have lost track of what I've posted and what I haven't by skipping around my pix, so if this is a repost ....... Take that Aaarrr..... In the 70's next week, yee haw !!!! Gonna see some sunshine finally

Agree, W. VA, swirls, and yes most look like Alleys ? I do see what looks like a nice alley flame.
  10. A great book, I 've used it extensively.
  11. I have 2 ??? Never thought they'd get that high this soon !!
  12. No problemo Hope the link helps ya out a bit.
  13. The seller relisted the pelt book, two days left, musta had a, non payer ?? LINK : https://www.ebay.com/itm/125204289923
  14. Yes, it appears to have one large piece of "oven brick" w/ several smaller pieces "floating" around in it also.
  15. Good call Jeremy !! looks like yellow swirls on a blue base to me, I posted the Vacor I.D. link and a pic of the yellow based blue ribboned Blue tang also. LINK : https://www.billes-en-tete.com/liste_billes.php?lang=en
  16. Nice old onionskin, I see it's also lobed, too bad it's damaged, still they're beautiful marbles. If you want to see it a bit better put it in a glass of water, it won't fix anything but it will reveal a bit more if how the marble looked in it's heyday. Handmades weren't the first marbles I had but they were the first ones I collected.
  17. Agree w/ Ric, Repro Bag.
  18. Chad G.

    ???
