"Happy Marble King Monday" A Girlscout with a good portion of what "I' see as excess colorant in the green ribbons & a minute amount of microscopic sparkling av which unfortunately, I was unable to capture in the pics.

I just left the link & a pic of the marble. they made it and still do so different years and runs may appear a bit different. This particular marble probably isn't in that book although Vacor should be ?? They've been around since the 1930's

"Root Beer Float" is a Peltier marble Danny, Master never made one named a "Root Beer Float" either by collectors or the factory that I'm aware of.

One of the marble sales sites from China, there are so many sites I couldn't list them, all very high quantity. I looked and seen everything Vacor makes plus I don't know how many different ones. $$ now, nothing later I guess ?? LINK: https://www.alibaba.com/showroom/china-glass-marbles.html

China has that & more, selling not by the millions but by the tons. Greed is # 1, I heard that MK will be out by the end of next year (the last American marble company) and China will soon be, if they haven't already, push out Mexico as the worlds largest producer of toy marbles. Not realizing of course they're cutting their own throat by overwhelming the market making even industrial marbles completely worthless. Unless somebody knows something I don't this is what I see !!

Wish me luck today, hopefully I don't get hit in the back of the head w/ "cat's & dog's" when I'm out in the woods picking 🍄 I'll take a few pix of the bounty when I get back tonight, just enough for dinner, my days of $500.oo to $1000.oo are long gone, can't run up and down those hills all day like a Billy Goat anymore but still can enjoy GOD'S creation.

Hmm, 41 marbles at .60 cents each is only $24.60. 41 marbles at $5.75 each = $235.75. Don't worry Rick, I had to use the calculator to figure it out, me bean aint what it used to be !! Been collecting since the mid 80's and never seen the price of marbles go this high this quick. There was a short period in the 90's where there was an extreme high followed by an extreme low. Now that somewhat of a base has been found and thanks to Ebay an actual number of marbles of any certain kind is known, the prices have been pretty steady. Seems a big buy up has happened ?? due to C19 I guess ?? driving the prices for many ever higher. Plus the fact there are a new generation of collectors coming into play and collectors tend to hang onto what they have. There are a lot of factors that drive the market. "I" guess just like anything else the law of supply & demand will dictate the price. Just "my" point of view !!
