I have a two handled one, also unmarked, hard enough to find these w/o chips let alone the one handled. I've found 2 but one had half the handle missing and the other had a handle broke into multiple pieces, can't remember but I believe a chunk was still missing, someone really "handled" these with kid gloves, very Nice !!

Peltier Golden Rebel w/ av. in the black ribbons, the yellow base and the red ribbons as well. Silver and blue av. in the black ribbons, a touch very fine black & silver in the red ribbons & thick Green av. in the yellow. Got this one for $75.oo, no loupe or glasses on when I bought it, my jaw hit the ground when I got home and louped it, best av coverage in a Golden reb I've ever seen. One of my favorites for sure. But yes, my opinion may be a bit one sided, I am admittedly a "Pelt Head" Peltier Blue Lagoon, super fine silver av. over the entire marble, thicker along the dark blue swirls. One I had been searching for relentlessly, ended up walking right through my front door, one as made dimple from a collapsed gas bubble visible in the 3rd pic. "that's it" otherwise clean, the shimmers and sparkles you see are almost all av. w/ a few internal air bubbles, the biggest of which is in the first pic. I was a very happy camper !! Bah !! They're "all my favorites" -
Agreed, sometimes less is more !! Don't know why they didn't make more coreless ?? They made some killers !!

A Trip to the Candy Store !! I was in town shortly after buying a handful of Handmades very similar to these, the woman beside me glimpsed them & said "No thanks, I don't eat candy" I looked at my marbles and realized that's what they looked like a "Handful of Christmas candy" Suweeet !!

I'll go slag as well w/ Akro for the manufacturer

Scored some more Akroware today $10.oo for 12 pieces, best deal ever on Akroware, no chips or cracks, not a full set but I'm not gonna complain. Interior panel w/ very light pink opalescent for color. A happy camper, I walked in the store right behind it. -

I don't know, they never list the buyers on the site, too far above my pay grade, even one mib !! I just seen it sell today as fast as they listed it and am just waiting to see what else pops up this month ?? If that box isn't in a book somewhere it deserves to be, what a beauty !!
-
These sold just as fast as the seller posted them on their site today, a good deal considering mint cobalt guineas normally go for at least $500.oo each, & more. A sign of yet another generation of collectors handing down their prize mibs, like the box of guineas that got broke up on Ebay last week, some beautiful & rare marbles that have been meticulously taken care of for years. I enjoyed just seeing them still intact even if I can't afford them. This is one that won't get broken up (hopefully ??)

So called eyelashes can occur on any machine made marble where dull shears were used to cut the gob coming out of the machine, I have some from other manufacturers, w/ eyelashes. Akro was infamous for having many mibs with these marks though. Master, Vacor etc. have seen "eyelashes" on almost every manufacturer's mibs.
