The Alley Spruce I believe to be a very under rated mib, one of my first Alley's and if I seen another mint one I would buy it, and on and on, One of my very favorite marbles, a lot of good memories. Chad G.

Just watched the Heaton dig video tonight, talk about a dream come true. I've found 1 or 2 marbles before, never like that, marble digging on steroids. You are a lucky man indeed, part of marble history, soon there will be nowhere to dig except old dumps. They made it illegal to dig or be on the old city dump property here because 1 or 2 people fell through and where hurt, that was years ago, couple of bottle diggers if I remember right. Old homesteads and outhouse sites are the only thing left if you can find them, and if the property owners will let you dig. Thank you for sharing your experience Stephen. What a thing to be there. I used my people app. on outlook windows 10 to do this Bonnie, maybe you can do it from there if you have the app.. I copied your pic. put it into a folder, went to people, added a person, hit edit, hit add pic, cropped, clicked on save, complete, maybe you can snip, copy and crop from the one I did, or use the app. here on the forum with this one ???? " hope this helps you" I'll leave a couple of your flames here so you can give it a whirl, "Good luck" !!!

Agreed x 2 -
Thanks for the pics Bonnie, great mibs. Beautiful Alley's my favorite flame marble, there are a very few Christensen flames I like but not near as much as I like Alley, the diversity in Alley's is astounding, as is evident by the menagerie of mibs presented here, still some yet to be uncovered somewhere I'm sure. Alley " my other favorite "

Gen. Grant played this game so much the board later adopted his name, General Grant board. The boards where around way before he was and still today they have his name. A most memorable epitaph.
-
I'm almost positive they where produce exclusively for those game's. The extremely small .50 or less and rough unfinished pontils made them useless for almost anything else, no shooting this one, and if you did you could never get it to roll straight because of the rough pontils.

I like the yellow and blue rainbow I don't have that color combo yet, the last year or two I started collecting them, being a shortage on the more prominent Pelts, now everyone is, collectors are holding onto what they have. " great pics Bruce, thanks " Chad G.

Another from an old auction I had, a bifurcated dragon bee, one of the more common bifurcated combos but one I love.

An NLR from one of my old auctions. I assure you that the pictures are quite accurate. A pinkish base w/ rusty brown ribbons, actually in hand the marble is even more pink than in these pics. Yes Peltier did use pink glass i.e. the pink flamingo & the pink panther. I've also seen a few pink banana cats.
