With Veligglass suggested, I poked around a little more...what about a possible Cairo? It does resemble a Hurricane swirl somewhat...the colors are close but with a messed up swirl.

Welcome, Kayla...it generally, for identification purposes, works best too post only a few marbles per thread. It really helps and isn't so "overwhelming". Plus, close ups will provide more detail for those assisting you 😊
