Hmmm, it could be a MK but I have a hard lean towards Vitro here for some reson that I cannot explain. Just my best shot here. Marble--On!!

Akro slag x3. Look Up "Cardinal Red". Marble--On!!

This is a very cool find. It has to be part of a Machine--Kiln that was broken up and disgarded. Many parts of a "Machine" had a limited lifespan but eventually the entire kiln had to be remade--just because of use. These pieces of the Kiln always carried some glass on them. The folks back then just dumped what they considered as junk into the rivers--or landfills. Go back and find some more--dig deep. Good luck! I Just love this stuff! Marble--On!!

I would have to say that this one is an Akro Corkscrew. "Experimental" is the old term for one found in a dig site. I think that you have one here. It could have been made during a switch in color combos--these were commonly tossed aside between runs. I have a huge imagination but this one has some of the "wipsy white" that I would associate with the "Popeyes'. I wonder what went on with this one? It is not a Popeye---- Nice keep and share. This one is a Pelt Rainbo. If you can get an angle on the white it might just be Opal. Shine a white light through the white and if you see a reddish glow--it is Opalescent white. A bonus for me at least. Nice find!! Marble--On!!

Nice share for sure. This one shows what we collectors call "Pocket Wear". The wear could be there for a variety of reasons--but pocket wear is the term that we use most commonly. Any collector would love to hold and see this one. If the finish were intact and shiny--the sky could be the limit as far as $$ go. I love that your friend saved it and allowed you to share it with us here. Marble--On!!

Nice stuff Chad. I have picked up so many pieces of Imperial over the years that I lost track. Me to my wife--"Hey Dear" Is this Akro? LOL--answer---"Nope--put it back and do not break it".😁. Oh well, I did pretty well most of the time.

Nice "Hand Vase" Tommy, very nice! I call white a color, as most artists do--not that I am an Artist-lol. Nice find!

"Akro Popeye"--all day long----all day long!! This color combo from Akro came in many different shades from bright green to well--just dull. Nice find---Pelt? I think that you had a bad day here and sometimes you have to sit back and study. The more that we ID with our own research, the more that we become more confidant. Marble--On!!

You did well Fire, even today these tire Akros do not pull that much money First of all they are hard to ID, second of all the folks that want these are mostly car collectors. I just like em. Just a hard ID and a win when you find them. Marble--On!!
