I agree with Steph that you are probably losing out on selling it all in one lot. I know that I won't bid on the whole thing but I would bid quite high on several individual items. What is the reserve?

Yes, I have several of those bags. I had some that were damaged so opened a couple. I sold 3 bags at the KC Show. I had not looked at the smaller ones for patches. Here are some close-up pics of one bag and some of the opened ones.

Yup, cataract surgery can work wonders and quickly.

Vitro horseshoe style marbles were their cat's-eyes generally made in the 70's & 80's (there may be a more specific time frame but I did not look it up). The style is basically like the pic attached although most a single color and not fancy ones like the pic (Guy's pic)..

Here's my Lucky Boy mesh bag. I thought I had one of those clear boxes, too, but can't find the picture.

Looking forward to it since I've been reading about it on the boards for years. Have never been to Kansas before so looking forward to the show, Moon Marble and any other sites around the area that might be recommended.

Cool, I have never heard about that in Seattle. They have glass balls on the beach by Lincoln City here in Oregon later on in the year.

It is not rare. It does show up on eBay once in a while. Valuewise, I'd say in the $10+ range but with Alley marbles, someone may buy higher for the marbles (I hate to open original bags but some people do). There are fake bags of the Mr. Peanut style similar to this that you have to be aware of. The fakes usually have the wording "Play the square..." although there are some real ones with that wording. The marbles make a difference so learning about them helps.

Finally made the decision to get to this show so my wife and I will be there - arriving the 6th. Looking forward to meeting many of you from the boards.
