Ric
It's a happy new Thuringen Thursday and I am re-posting a marble from 54 pages ago. 🙂 I gave it to a friend at the Ft. Wayne show last year - he likes the oddities even more than I do and it was totally worth it just to get a peek in his keeper box - jumpin' jimminy, man! That's all I've got to say. 🙂 3

crashbelt
I've been a bit quiet on Thursdays lately, so here's a boxed probably all original Glevum Games set - likely early 20th Century. Interesting that all the marbles have some black glass, including two same cane single ribbon cores. 2 1

Wow, that's an awesome set - excellent condition and a great mix of styles, all united by that black glass. It's really stunning, thanks for showing it!

crashbelt
Boxed John Jaques solitaire set with pink/green onionskins. Jaques must have imported large numbers of small onions for their boards because I have others with this style of marbles and have seen many more. Also a good clue to identifying likely all original sets.
