Who made it? With hopefully better pics this time

Last time I posted this there was little discussion due to retarded photos.

I think I did better this time, the single seam is pretty clear.

it looks CAC to me, but I have never seen a CAC oxblood brick before. I have seen examples with minor oxblood accents.

11/16”.

I do not think that CAC made any "real" oxblood, so if you are set on it being oxblood it is probably from another maker. I cannot really tell from my view.

It looks CAC to me as well:dunno:.

Marble--On!!!

Not set on color, what are your thoughts?

here is a CAC listing with oxblood

https://oldraremarbles.com/product/ultra-rare-cac-striped-opaque-with-oxblood/

I will eventually get it to Dani and Ernie for their opinion.

kinda looks like mfc green brick with a lazy pattern.  I see what you're thinking though.  Does any light pass through it?  The only CAC with oxblood I've heard of was one Ron posted a while back

No light passes thru. Do you have a link to Ron’s post?

My CAC with oxblood was blue and oxblood with very small amount of white. Plus I had two dug pieces of matching cullet from the CAC Cambridge site.

I think this marble is a double seam oxblood brick. I don't see enough green for me to label it green brick.

These are my toughts on this one.

Not Oxblood, according to the images.

CAC did not make"Bricks".

I checked the Akro "Brick Cullet" that I have and nothing matches (not even close).

I doubt that it is a MFC due to the cut-offs and color.

It may be one from across the Atlantic ocean, it sure looks vintage.

As always, I just call them like I see them---more opinions are needed of course and I wish you luck on a positve ID.

Keep us posted on this one --it is a odd duck but a very nice Duck for sure.( I would add it with my "bricks" regardless of ID.)
