A couple Indian Blankets, 11/16ths and just over 3/4ths" infamous for having fractures in the transparent red like the Akro Superman.

Here are a few orange Akro marbles that I got from a “digger” years ago.
I wonder if they are the same glass as the “Pumpkin” ashtray. The more orange looking marbles have little flecks of yellow in them and the more yellow looking one has streaks of orange in it.
I suppose that the “Akroware” stuff cooled/annealed differently in the molds that were used. Most pumpkin colored “Akroware” has a more orange looking color at the edges.
Who knows—could be.
Marble—On!!!

Very cool! and to think they might have been made the same day! just so fascinating that history gets me every time! possibilities endless!  how many of our ancestors put ashes in them! sorry don't mind my rambling ! Thank you for sharing

Chad has it pegged.

This seller has sold hundreds---hundreds--- of these boxes--not even close to being rare.

Each to their own.

Not in my world, not even close. ( I do like some Chinese marbles but at least the Chinese tell you what they are)

I made a few “fake” boxes in my early days of collecting that just blow these away---I always marked them as such—just in case—you know—☣️.

Marble—On, and Live-on as well!!!
