It was probably made by hand so no real way to say who made it - likely a German person though.

All Vitro. I think the first is probably a Yellow Jacket - the ones like this with equatorial black can sometimes look a lot like Black Line All Reds. The second is a newer All Red (no equatorial black line) and the last two are Blackies.
