  1. Well at least you dredged up a good one! 👍 Nice marble too!
  2. Biscuits & Red Eye Gravy, I think, like Ron said.

    Christensen???

I see it now- the "black patch" is actually amber base glass. I'm all in with Master now. Check out the marble lower left here:

    Christensen???

This is a tough one. I am confident it is an Akro or a Master though. At this point, I could go either way, but I am actually leaning Master now. Maybe I'm just not used to seeing Master's with a black patch?
  5. I think they're both Peltiers - the right one looks like it has flipped red and white ribbons on opposite sides of the seams up near the pole.
  6. There is a resemblance, for sure. Gladys, Is the base glass for these two marbles transparent? Does it look like the color is primarily on the surface of the marbles? If so, I would go with Vitro, and it would be a very nice one, for sure.
  7. That greenish color, especially, is not too uncommon.
  8. It's a very common trait for Vitro, much less common on others, and I've seen it on lots of them from almost all time periods. The seams are often not directly opposite one another either.
  9. I will agree with that! And please give my regards to your "little" marble buddy next time you see him. 🙂
  10. The first couple of marbles are about as nice as I've seen. And the box is great too! Nice work, Cheese!
  11. It's a nice earlier one. Does it look like it needs a bath or is it just me? lol
  12. I agree, sort of non-descript.
  13. Are all these marbles close to 1"? The one alone on the left looks interesting.
  14. I'm thinking it's a CAC.

    Christensen???

I don't think it's CAC - looks like Akro to me.
  16. I think you're right.
  17. That's a great box and I'll bet you're right about them being Heatons.
