  1. I agree with Vacor. Not one I see often though.
  2. I had not heard that Jelle was doing such a thing. Neat idea. I will look into it.
  3. Peltier on top. Christensen Agate or European on the bottom.
  4. On the top I'm leaning Vitro. Peltier on the bottom. In the middle? Can you isolate two seams?
  5. Vitro would be right. Not parrots.
  6. Fun Grandma! Is that another marble toy to the left of the colorful one?
  7. I do think Pelt. A strangely nonsymmetrical Pelt.
  8. What's that measurement again? I want it to be a Pelt but something definitely odd about it.
  9. So if that's the whole seam, then we have two little seams, so maybe it is Master.

    I.d req.

The right is Vitro. Blackline All-Red. The beauty on the left has little bitty cutlines of the kind attributed to Masters or Imperials.
  11. Top row Vitro Tiger Eyes Second row: Tiger Eye. Maybe another Tiger Eye. Conqueror. Bottom row: Left also looks Vitro-ish. I guess the bottom right does also but I would like to see more views of it. Or larger views of it.
  12. I _think_ I can see two seams. The top picture? Is that a seam ... or half of a seam?

    No idea

Vitro Conqueror on left. Maybe slag on right. Looks like the white may go deep in addition to the brushed part.
  14. My guess is that it was in the Moss Agate family (as far as Akro was concerned). But as far as a collector's name, I do not know. I'll send this over to the main chat area since we're looking for a technical name, not so much a basic ID.
  15. So, I don't know what style name Akro meant for your marble. It might have been a Moss Agate. It might have been an Imperial variation or a Carnelian variation. I know a lot about Akro style names. But I can't put my finger on what Akro would have called that one.
  16. For it to be the style of marble which Akro sold as an Ace, the orange glow coming from the backlit marble needs to actually be coming from the white part of the glass. With as much red as you have, it's hard to tell if the glow is coming from the red or the white. Below is Dani's box of Aces. I'm not getting an Ace feel from your structure but the density of the base glass in different runs could vary.
  17. Mulitcolor Rainbos (also known as Multicolor Swirls especially if they are busy enough) are very well-liked. They get oohs and aahs when they are posted. I don't know about "sought out".
