  1. The black and red one intrigues me. Seams? I'm not ready to rule it out as a 1960's MK.
  2. I got rid of the collage with two views the same.
  3. It's Llloyd! I was just thinking of you. No. Really! Happy New Year.
  4. Though I can't remember red and pink, the blue and pink looks familiar. I may have had some of those. Would have gotten mine in 2004 or 2005 from someone who sold modern MK's. He would sell them 100 at a time on eBay. So I place that one at 2000, give or take.
  5. I'm a little jealous. I've always considered these out of my reach. Maybe I'll start saving for some lookers like this. For now I'll have just enjoy others' from afar.
  6. Well, that's nice when you can show a marble and the damage isn't obvious. Because it sure isn't obvious.
  7. Definitely gotta have pix on this. Pink makes me think modern. So I could be in for a surprise.
  8. Wellll .... kinda looks Jabo. "Buttcrack" doesn't always mean Jabo. I don't see anything which makes me think of another company though.

    Alley?

Not straightforward to me. With blue and white like that, I don't know whether to say Alley or Ravenswood. Perhaps that blue echo ribbon is a signature of some particular company -- that would be nice -- but I don't know.
  10. interesting ... is this from your grandfather's marbles?

Feeling good about the Akro consensus.
  12. Heh ... see my comment here on the left: http://marbleconnection.com/topic/23293-mib-id/ More or larger views might help on the right. That bottom view is sorta weird. I think Akro or Vitro on this one ... but ?
  13. I was hoping the patches would be easier. lol I think Marble King on the blue. And Peltier on the red.

This is tricky. I think the kneejerk ID for this one is Vitro. But the patches aren't stereotypical for Vitro. Could be Akro or Marble King or maybe foreign. How solid as that baseglass?
  15. #1 Asian #2 is foreign, Asian or Mexican. What color is that base glass. If crystal clear then I say Mexican. #3 and #4 Vitro Black is sometimes a topic of conversation because what we call black is usually something else if we look hard at it.
