  1. I wanted to suggest something else too, but they don't look far enough off from akro to make an argument for something else
  2. Is that a single ribbon of white on the shinier one? Does it try to cork around the marble at all? I recently had a black and white akro corkscrew that looked similar, but I would have to see more angles to be sure
  3. Why do you get a Jillion marbles but only one shooter? Lol, thanks for the help everyone
  4. Any ideas? My thought was marble king because of the marble images, but I can't find anything similar. I don't really know what they are made out of, but the green part feels like a tent.
  5. I would say akro for the one on the right, left could be akro or pelt
  6. I'm pretty sure these are alley. Idk if they have a name
  7. I don't think slag on this one(but it could be, would have to see more angles), maybe American agate?
  8. I have orange and yellow ones, and I consider those sunsets. Idk if bubbles are required, but they are normally present
  9. I think pelt is possible too. I have some Peerless patches with red and yellow like this one
  10. A couple of those are slags. Do any glow under a black light?
  11. I'm leaning akro for some reason, but I can't make up my mind.measures 5/8"
  12. Are there any Cac boxes that are labeled prima agates, or is it just gropper? Perhaps gropper called them primas, Cac called them American agates but they are the same? Marble mania has several pics of Peltier marbles in gropper prima Agate boxes, though I am sure they may not be original to the boxes
  13. Yep. I am a Kent state alum, know the area pretty well. I was just trying to make the connection that a Bryan area newspaper is close enough to ravenna for them to report on goings on in the area, and the only clay marble maker I know from that area would be albright, but I'm sure others are possible as well. I actually think the Cleveland plain dealer being mentioned is odd, since akron is the closer metropolitan area
  14. I'd guess albright. Bryan is close to akron, which is close to ravenna, which is where albright made clay marbles
  15. Hybrid cats eyes normally refer to one's with two or more colors on a single vein. Hard to tell what you have from the pics
  16. Not surprising. This account has worse feedback though
  17. 1 and 3 look like slags, two could be vitro or master. The last ones, I just call them stone or mineral spheres, but rock marbles is kinda catchy
  18. Parrots are usually some combination of green, blue, purple, orange, yellow and red. They got their name because they have similar coloring to the bird. I think it will always have green and some combo of the other colors
  19. Looks like an all red with a third color. Not a parrot though
  20. I am not accusing anything, just not a fan of his
