Your best marble display stand ideas
Chad G. replied to Chris Parson's topic in General Marble & Glass Chat
I had a big "Jelly Belly" broke the glass trying to fill it with shooter, being a bit over zealous cost me. Nice display William (popcorn flavor's my favorite) -
I thought it was an Alley Green Giant in the jar when I bought it. After dumping the & some intense scrutiny "No av" ah well at 7/8ths still a very nice alley and probably harder to find than the ones with av who knows, I'm happy regardless "Thank you Ron & Chuck G. for the I.D. confirmation" Just what I wanted to hear this time, USA Baby !!

At least some look like contemporary torch marbles to me. Could be Asian or U.S. made, not sure, do you have a size for them Joseph ?? and are there any initials etched (written) in either end of them ??

Here's the best Nova I have, no fractures or pocket ware and the air bubble didn't make it to the surface so it made wet mint, I got lucky on this one !! Even has a bit of purple in it though I think it's the glass overlapping, a hair over 7/8ths

Score !!

Another great Peltier Tuesday, great mibs Ric, I really like the Salmon color too.
-
Looks Good. most of mine are a salmon to off white like that, over half of them are fractured Yes, unfortunately all to common on these, the ribbon glass was incompatible with the base causing the fractures, if you could get a shot of the seams it will help tell the tale ??

Though in patch style it looks like a foreign "stripey" that's out of whack ?? Foreign to me none the less !! Sorry wish I knew more !! I'm ed.

It looks Pelt to me, not positive on the name either, though I have seen this color scheme before, maybe Spider Dragón ?? either way a bifurcated mib ?? At least those are the colors being exhibited !! Pelt used to have a mib called a watermelon (I have a pic), but I guess we'll just leave that one for another day to avoid any further confusion. ( as if) MK has bifurcate types to, not sure on the names though.

Nice bunch of Bo's Gladys !!

If you find any of these pods around the house, or see any strange activity I'd start to get a little nervous !!

I'm pretty sure Nova's don't come much smaller than 7/8ths or so. A post of David Chamberlains, reposted by Steph "Thank you Steph" "I'm" not sure what yours is Rick ?? I've never seen that "color combo" on a Nova, of course like everything else marbles, there's always an exception!! "Happy Peltier Tuesday" A few I got in a lot last week, grateful to find anything around here, kinda like a "dry county" for marbles.
