That's a big un Bill !!! Some great work.
-
Yes Ron I seen some of his work and was glad to be introduced to him by someone else who liked his work also, he works a lot but still finds time to make a few. The only polymers I own and decidedly like. Much different from any other polymer work I see.

One of my favorite aventurine marbles, an Alley spruce, beautiful in simplicity, many good memories, probably the first aventurine marble I owned.

I'm having some of these made for me, kind of a wasp colored reddish orange surrounded by black loaded w/ av. right around 3/4" He doesn't have a name yet I call em tigers.

Beautiful blue av. jess !!! The sunlight does wonders sometimes.
-
I finally got the blue to show a little better. It's just dripping off this marble but the sheen reflects off the surface and you can't see the blue av. Ahh at least you can see some now. A dimmer daylight bulb and try again later. I don't have a cell or a macro lens so just a little luck every now and then, that and a couple hundred try's.
-
You even got the blue in there, Good job !!! Natural sunlight I've found to be the best for av., but at this time of year it's at a premium.

your new cell camera lens is working well Jess, great pics

A Peltier Blue Lagoon, w/ super fine sliver av. throughout the entire marble thicker around the blue veins.

one out of a myriad of pictures, the light, angle, everything had to be just right. Half the time it looked great until I reviewed it on my flat screen. I absolutely had to get a small tripod and a remote to eliminate all vibration and movement and still had a time. I wish they all came out this well. Thanks, Chad G.

AHh !! Fresh fruit and backstraps, will my hunger to see new marbles ever be quenched ?? For some reason metalic mibs always get my curiosity going. How, when, and why is this type of metalic surface there. An accident in my mind, not a production marble but enough of them to be noticed in nearly every type of vintage or antique marble produced. At any rate "Thanks for the new pix Chuck" keep em rollin Chad G.

Still here Ric just needed someone to wake me up. Wait !! I know ! I've already posted this on the big rainbows thread a while back but it's one of my favorite rainbows and one of the biggest. with the translucent orange and creamy white ribbons this marble reminds me of an orange creamsicle, I get hungry just looking at it, "delicious"
