Both are the same base glass, same name etc.., probably from a different batch , temp. etc... & same manufacture, as Ron said value "0" zero. One of the most common marbles there are. They look like Vacor De Mexico to me, AKA (Mega) marbles, made in Mexico. Are you sure about the .21 & .24" measurements ?? That's less than 1/4 inch, smaller than half that of a pee wee ??( .2031 = 13/64ths ) ( .234 = 15/64ths ) that's really tiny ??
