  1. Kinda what I figured, thought I saw it mentioned before in other threads but wasn't sure about the cats eyes...thanks šŸ‘
  2. I still know of a few pieces here and there in the area I cover. Just have to buy them. Those ashtrays I picked up were new additions from the past month at that mall I visited.
  3. Very nice Indeed! šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘
  4. I noticed in these pics that there is only one that has pink veins, only one color. Just wondering, is the pink a little tougher too find then some of the other single color cats? Out of all mine, I only have one pink. The only one I have seen in the wild.
  5. I'm set for the week! Too watch over my "crappy" collection, I give too you the Poop Family! Pictured in order are: Peter Poopeez, the family Patriarch; Stevie Stool, the oldest child; Teddy Turd, the middle child; and last is Freddie Fecal, the baby of the family. Pictured last is their secret weapon, if you know how the old saying goes when things are about to get crazy, well you get it. I guess you can say I've got my šŸ’© together! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
  6. Man, that's wild, like a raw egg frozen in time...
  7. The 1st pair come in at 0.71 (pink and grey), the 2nd group of 3 are also 0.71....I see crack so going Jabo!
  8. But, as in Jabo's famous trademark? šŸ˜‚
  9. Some kind of Vitro Rainbo maybe?
  10. That's what I thought, a wild Christmas tree šŸŽ„
  11. It's "Beginning to look a lot like Christmas?" 😊
  12. Thanks everyone for your added input on the difference between the "real deal" and fantasy....all great information for the collectors šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘
  13. Yeah, I overpaid for each one of the 4 I grabbed with more or less knowing that they weren't legit...Spring Valley is a bit of a haul one way so wanted to come home with just a little bit more than the 2 pieces of Akroware 😊
  14. Well, the "score", all Jabo I believe from fantasy land 😁...btw, the 3 that look mostly or half white are actually pink and grey.
  15. All good! I had plans on researching anyways after getting home....also big difference with staples when it comes to galvanized 😊
  16. Looked into it a bit this morning...staples are rounded at the corners, not flat. "Back in the Saddle" debuted in 1941, a full 10 years before plastic bags were used for marbles. Would be a mesh bag otherwise. Pulling back the corner of the paper too expose its quality. Add these telltale indicators to the aforementioned indicators mentioned above equals all modern, inside and out. I thought so all along, but community input and opinions, a valuable tool and reminder for collectors. They were only 6-8 bucks apiece, didn't want to come home empty handed and I didn't break the bank either. Still nice looking marbles. I'll post pics once I extract them from their fantasy packaging 😁
  17. Very nice Rainbo, Bruce! I'm sure some of our collector friends in the Pacific Northwest like this one...Seahawk Rainbo! 😁
