I have three of the ones like yours (all with yellow mesh) and all have swirls that are probably Alley. I also have 4 others that are a little larger bag with a different header and they all seem to have Peltiers in them (yellow mesh & blue mesh) (pic below). I have seen pictures of the latter with red mesh. I also have a picture of the header style like yours with maybe Ravenswood in it (pic below). Also a larger bag with header style like yours (pic below). Not that easy to find but someone had a lot of the ones like yours for sale on eBay a few years ago.

Flower company - the flower growers are not part of the flower seller's company. If the slower growers contract with the flower seller to sell their flowers, they are still not part of the flower seller's company but they may have contractual rights about the selling of their flowers - anything from advertising, priority, amount, price, etc. Race Car LLC or similar named companies - it'll all be up to the individual state where they "license" (or whatever terminology is used in that state) their name or with the Federal government if there are copyright or other legal provisions for the name. Obviously if someone does not "license" the name or properly go through legal channels, then the wronged party can go to the government entity that regulates the names and file a complaint or go through the court process to enjoin them from using the name. There are no clear cut answers to the second question you ask on race cars. The above opinions are just personal opinions and not legal opinions, Contact your attorney or legal counsel to determine your individual legal rights.

Neat item. This is how you can tell the difference between marble collectors and marble bag collectors. I look at the bag and not the marbles. Ric looks at the marbles in the bag. LOL - of course, we do both but the first look is probably as I describe.

Bought At A Little Local Auction

Wow, great find. -
Thanks for sharing the pics. Sometime you might want to work with a local "digger" who is reputable and get more information on Ravenswood out to the marble collector world.

Here is a picture of the Vitro pink (left) an peach (right) cat's-eyes. Hard to tell in picture but in-hand, much easier. -
Happy Easter to you also and everyone!

Nice Vitro Bag And Even Nicer Marbles
Al Oregon replied to Al Oregon's topic in General Marble & Glass Chat
Yes, definitely a hard bag to find. Here's a similar one that I have with the bottom header missing and nowhere near the same type of marbles in it. Also a couple pics of other double ender cellophane bags (Conquerors). I have a couple Aqua Jewels cello bags, too. -
Nice Vitro Bag And Even Nicer Marbles

Yes - I kept one picture. For some reason, I can't right-click, copy and paste the eBay link for the auction. It says it copied it but won't paste it into the text here. Windows 8.1 is still a pain sometimes. The eBay number is the 113321610240 so maybe you can pull the link. It was a $499 purchase. -
Neat bag was just won by someone on eBay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=113321610240

Joe Wilkinson, Fantasy Marbles, Passed Away Today.

Sad to hear. I met him at WV Show back in 2005 and bought a couple marbles from him on eBay. My prayers to his family. -
