They are called "finishing washers" and you can find them in various sizes, usually with a nickel or brass finish. You may also see plastic ones called "conical washers". I'm sure you could find them online đ Just had to agree with your jelly belly comment. Haven't met a jelly bean better than Jelly Belly.
