  1. Yes, It's an Alley Agate with aventurine. Nice marble
  2. It is a nice looking marble. From the pics I'm seeing an Alley with transparent red, purple, and a bit of tan/orange on a bright white base. Might look totally different in hand. What's the size?
  3. Pretty sure the red needs to be more opaque before most collectors would consider "oxblood" as a possibility.
  4. Big group! Can't tell if some of those show bubbles, reflections or the carpet being magnified through the clear glass? Could just be my monitor.
  5. Unpacking some stuff and came across these. Took a pic, thought someone was asking about marble books the other day but couldn't find the thread.
  6. The green one far right in first pic and blue/white 2nd from right in second group are not Alley as they are slags.
  7. Last three look more Pelt than Akro (yellow one is hard to say). The German handmade looks legit. Nice clear glass for a Ribbon Latticino. What's the size?
  8. Any better pics of the 1st marble in the OP?
  9. Better pics will help for sure. A Pelt Graycoat would be cool but I don't think this is.
  10. I'd be thinking Vacor or something other than Peltier
  11. They'll probably measure in around 1-1/4". Nice group. post some pics of what you uncover there
  12. It's a nice marble. Condition really plays important factor to value but still a nice score that some people would dream about finding with a bunch of catseyes
  13. I was thinking more along CAC American Agate, or else Peltier Prima Agate as possibilities for the first. Pretty sure there are some archive posts I should read up on
  14. Agree. Any markings on bottom or otherwise? A lot of quack medicine including whiskey used bottles like this. Looks like a big one. What's the height/capacity
  15. At a quick glance looks like Akro deserving better pics. One on the left might be a nice CAC
  16. Surprised nobody said Master...key in focus lol
  17. Never owned one or seen in hand, but have seen a couple boxes on ebay where the "original" packaging would keep them safe and in this condition
  18. Wow, nice score. Great grouping. It would take awhile to accumulate a collection like that individually. You could fill up some solitaire boards and backfill boxes with those examples (they look great in your cases too)
