    Never met the man personally (and trying to recall if I'd ever seen a pic without that awesome beard), but I still have quite a few of his marbles and yes he knew a thing or two about Peltier.

    Nice. Brick closest to big amber slag looks cool. Cool collection, there's gotta be a story because sometimes in California, 40 miles is no easy trek. (Last time I was there probably spent a good hour on the 405 to get 20 miles. It was a while back, and some might consider that a good day on the 405. lol.)

    Do you mean CAC or MFC? Definitely looks handgathered. Akro made a lot of slags... green being one of the popular colors for most companies that made slags at the time

    Pattern looks CAC. If that's crazing in the glass probably didn't make it through quality control, and might have been in the ground? both that and iridescence can be caused by being buried. Nice looking marble though, do you remember where you got it?

    Interesting, never had one before and always assumed they were a polished mineral sphere, similar to a tiger eye, Agate, etc. Wouldn't have suspected glass. Learned something new.

    The "bullseye" could be a fracture from taking a hit. Light refracts differently through those and could be why it looks more red in that area.

    Yes, it was somewhere after Vitro before full circle back to Kokomo or Pelt.

    I'm really not seeing anything that would lean me towards Pelt, but someone will probably know.

    The first marble I'd put with my Pelts. Sweet pattern, especially 1st pic. The others I'd put with my "wants to be a Pelt, probably isn't, but really wanna be" pile. Oddly enough Imperial came to mind, and then MK...then Vitro, then full circle.

    tough to say without seeing in hand, but the size and pattern lean me towards handmade. See if you can find evidence of a pontil, in the area where the red ends.

    So what's going on at the poles, is it black (fading to purple/blue) or is it transparent blue? The top right pic is just bonkers. Nice marble.

    It's a mashup for sure. Almost like MK, CAC, Pelt, and Vitro had a baby.
