I'm not sure at all. Akro, Master, European?

Welcome Christian. It's nice to see which marbles have found their way to different parts of the world. You will have mostly non-U.S. marbles which @Mojomarblelicious has seen can be a challenge for us to identify, but we can narrow down a lot of them for you. But I'm pretty sure I'm at least seeing some Vitros in your group. Vitro sent a lot of marbles to Europe. The marbles in your hand are mostly Asian cat's eyes. Basically post some in the ID forum. About four marbles per ID thread is manageable for us, if they are clearly identifiable by number or by position in a group photograph. Feel free to start as many separate ID threads as you'd like.

I've seen it in the earliest Vitro marbles that I know of. Some helmets will glow, for instance. It would have become unavailable during WWII and then for about 15 years after that. Some cat's eyes have uranium glow. Not sure about the non-cat's eye types from the 60's and beyond since it has been a long time since I have checked, but I bet some do. I don't know if it made it all the way to 1990. I guess I could take a blacklight to my Anacortes bag .... BRB. Well, that was a dud. I think I see a little bit of green glow. But not even enough to be sure. So my small sample of the latest era Vitros is not helpful in answering the question.

12 weeks old. Bear is 3 pounds, 1 oz. Punkin is 1 pound, 14 oz. They're crazy people. They adore each other but that doesn't stop them from playing the most violent games of chase and trying to kill each other for about an hour a day. Punkin is able to move very fast when he has a goal in mind (such as getting to a food dish or chasing his sister) but he doesn't go exploring the way Bear does. Thus he doesn't know his way around the house as well as she does. But he has the tiniest, most adorable little squeak when he wants help with something ... and he gets what he wants. I still haven't taken a lot of videos. Here's one with Punkin's new favorite toy.

At that size? I'm inclined to look toward the large Masters which were sometimes sold in Alox packaging. But that has more colors than I usually expect on that style. So

Here ... posted by @ManofKent . Not all bananas. But this is an example of why if I were to find a black banana, I would expect it to have been from Master.

My first thought was Akro. My second thought was to ask myself why not Vitro? Could it be a Conqueror? I'm still kinda leaning Akro.

I was under the impression that they were Master. But I was also under the impression that "we" knew this from seeing them in packaging. Now I have to do some digging to see why I thought so, but if Al and Ron don't remember them in packaging then I am pessimistic!

Okay, I might be seeing enough views. This appears to show four cutlines. That would mean two marbles. My vote is double ingot.

Might still just be a large marble that got folded. Instead of two marbles stuck together. Some more views might help determine which.

Pretty sure Pelt. Pelts can get folded up. But I think you may have a double ingot. Do you know what that is? The glass for two marbles getting stuck together and rounded into a single marble.

I am 100% sure that in the olden days the kids didn't require snotties to be Christensen. But I guess now they have to be Christensens.

White does count as a color with Akros. You definitely have a three-color marble. Akro might have sold it as a Tri-Color Agate. I just can't be sure. ^^ See, they're counting white as a color. Popeye is the collector's name for what Akro called a Tri-Onyx Agate. The basic Akro Onyx is a white cork in a transparent base. (The base could be colored or clear.) Their Tri-Onyx Agate was two non-white colors plus white filaments in a clear base. You don't have the filamented white in a clear base. That's why no Popeye here.

That's less than 5 U.S. dollars. Quite the score.

In 2019, I got this brilliant advent calendar from so many of our marble friends here, some named, some secret, with a compartment of marbles to open each day leading up to Christmas. Some of my first gifts came from Carole Shockley and Diane Wise (forum name Dejapa), who both have passed on.

I have so many. In 2104, these marbles showed up in a box on my porch with a fake name as the return address. I suspect Mike Barton was involved in the surprise. He was quick to make sure I saw the "blue base pearlescent patch" in this picture, and in later years he would refer a couple of times to how good I know he is at keeping secrets. I could only guess he was talking about this one.

You'll land on your feet. My neighbor stuck it out with a company which was bought out and was going to for sure be closing its doors. As her coworkers left and parts of the plant went quiet, she mused on what she would do after she finally had to go. But the final closure kept being pushed down the road. It's five years later now and the few who stuck around are still working there. I think ownership changed hands again. The company isn't making what it used to be, but another function was found for it.

Tricky. I'm seeing a little bit of clear in the first one. But probably not enough to consider it a Popeye. The texture of the white is also puzzling me. It doesn't look like I expect in a Popeye, but doesn't necessarily look like what I expect in a Tri-Color Agate. The second is also a bit tricky. The base looks like it might be a very dark transparent, so maybe Akro sold it as an Onyx.
