  1. I see why you might think Master. Because of the long seam, I am leaning Vitro.
  2. It's a semi-regular occurrence. Different chemicals can result in different shades of glow. The most famous is the yellow/green glow from uranium. Manganese can give a red/orange glow. Calcium is connected with an eery blue glow. It's not a sign of age. Very old, mid-range and modern marbles all can glow.
  3. I'll bet a quarter that it's Alley.
  4. Based on size and oxblood, I will suggest Alley.
  5. I Think you have a mix of Modern Marble Kings and a modern foreign. The ones with the two patches of the same color on either side are the modern Marble King.
  6. The marbles on the left are cat's eyes. Those are common. Specifically I think yours are mostly Vitro cage style cat's eyes. From the 1960's to the 1980's. The ones on the right appear to be wirepulls of the kind made by Veiligglas in Amsterdam in the 1950's and 1960's. (There's also a similar more modern style from Vacor de Mexico, but I think these are the older style.) They're not rare, but not nearly as easy to come by as cat's eyes. This is a popular style.
  7. The left marble is a Vitro All-Red, from the 1960's. The middle is modern Asian. The right -- I can't quite see the details I like to see but I think it's likely also modern Asian. The second and fourth marbles are Vacor. This page can help you identify Vacors. https://www.billes-en-tete.com/liste_billes.php
  8. Hi. The top are modern marbles from Asia. Sometimes called Imperial. Lots of different companies might have made them. The Imperial Toy Co. is one of the companies which distributed them in the United States. The bottom are modern marbles from Mexico. Commonly referred to as Vacor. "Vacor de Mexico" was one of the names that the factory which made them operated under.

    Jabo?

My guess would be Alley on the swirls. The ribbons seem more distinct that with Jabos.
  10. 1,2,3 MK Thinking Akro on 4 Modern MK on 5. 6 Vitro 7 Modern Asian 8,9,10 I don't know who either 11 Akro 12 ... counts as a solid-color marble ... I think I'm seeing a longish, straightish seam so could be Akro, but won't rule out other long-seam choices such as Vitro. Ya, "swirl" on the last blue and white one
  11. I am about 90% at wonky Akro.
  12. Hi. Yes to Vitro. I've always been fuzzy about the names in this general family. I'm going to move this to the main chat area to maybe get more name experts to look at it.
  13. 12. Vintage MK 2. Vitro All Red 4. MK, maybe vintage, not so clear 6. Modern MK 8. Could be Akro 10. Modern Asian
  14. "Modern Asian" on the white one. The big green one could also be modern Asian, but I'm not sure.
  15. Bottom group could all be Jabo. Top group has an MK at #4. Not sure on #2. Rest Jabo.
  16. #12 Alley. I guess MK in the middle. Not Akro on #1. Probably Japanese transitional on #3. Slag on #7. Wondering about Jabo on #11, but could be older. General swirls is all I have for the rest, including #1.
  17. I think probably Alley on #8. Not Christensen on #6. Pretty sure about that. WV Swirl. Still not sure what to make of #9. Probalby "swirl".
  18. Hmmmm again ... maybe more views on #9 ... briefly wondering if it could be a slag with a whole lot of white.
  19. Maybe Master on #7, or possibly a foreign marble. Slag on #4. Possibly slag again on #5. I wondered about slag on #6, but am leaning swirl there. I'll say WV swirl for the rest of them: 3, and 9 through 11. Hmmm ... because of the bright white base and the crisp red someone could talk me into Christensen Agate on #10. Thank you, and a good weekend to you too.
  20. Cool video, and nice collection. Regarding Al's observation, I did increase the speed a little because I have a short attention span. I enjoyed.

    Jabo?

Intriguing. Yeah, I don't see Pelt. But I also am not ready to join in with Jabo. Those ribbons are crisper than what I associate with Jabo in general. Curious to hear from others.
