I don't believe it's oxblood, you can see through it in places, real oxblood even when backlit can't be seen through, I'm no familiar with it but it's not Akro, and it looks newer to me. Someone will drop in with the correct I.D.

I keep em all, rainbows are coming into their own. Their very beautiful mibs, just like any mib there are rare rainbows as well. They're kinda like Akro prize name corkscrews, just when you think you've seen it all 10 or 15 more pop up, " innumerable combos " mibs I could get any day of the week 20 yrs. ago are like unicorns now. Thank You to for the pics Deanna, " keep em rollin " marble on !!

Not that great of a cleaning job I know but they'll get there. Most are named some aren't. I cleaned a couple more flats last night, A bunch of volcanoes π a few fire crackers π£ some other named and some really nice oddballs' The pics are comin I'm just a little slow π’ gettin there !! The little wooden Heaton sign and a bunch more, two for every manufacturer were made for me by a very good friend, a very nice little touch to the old display. Right now I'm " HEATON HAPPY "

I've been bit by multiple bugs as well, toys, comics, fishing gear etc... The mib bug seems to have bitten hardest and the itch just won't go away, a lifelong hobby for sure !! Can't wait to see pics of the new mib Deanna.

Can't think of anything better to do than to get the creative juices flowing and keep busy during this stinking virus. "Great work Chuck" an excellent wall hanger for sure Wish I still had my shop. Spent 4 - 5 hours last night reorganizing my curios and putting a couple hundred mibs in foam, getting ready to build some display flats. Space is, how shall I put it " at a premium " already filled my wall mount, gonna wok on a kind of drawer display, lotsa time to think and tinker. Doin is much better than mildewin.

A pic of the Jorkscrew patterned Jabo's. Sorry Bruce, not a very good pic but the best I could muster and the most common one everybody uses for I.D ing them, more views would be great, supposedly the colors never continued to the other pole, sometimes turning back on themselves or just ending halfway, I'm not that familiar with them just going on what I've seen posted and the relatively few pictures available. I'm not aware if there where any uv. or not, I would say more than likely yes, just judging by the great mass of marbles Jabo has produced.

No! thank you Brad, we're all learning and depend on each other, this hobby has been with me over half my life, that and the people have brought me insurmountable joy, I treasure the friends I've made in this hobby, honest, giving, and more than willing to share everything they know, " man " what a great place to be !! Agreed all newer Vacor and Cat's, they made and still make these by the millions. I believe Vacor is the largest marble manufacturer in the world or they were, either way they made a lot of marbles, has to be in the tens of millions by now. Some of the first Vacor and Mega ore coming up but only in the original packaging or some limited hand made runs like the atmospheres, also VHTF, between around an inch and 3 to a pack. Like Ron was saying rare means rare, I've gotten lucky a few times in past years past but very few, mostly from other collectors. Don't want to discourage you, I had a rare pelt walk right through my front door last year and at a very reasonable price, well worth the wait. " GOOD LUCK to YOU " in your marble ventures. Here's the I.D. link link to Vacor % mega. You will find every mib that Steph I.D. for you plus an innumerable amount of others it just came back on line the sheer selection of mibs will blow you away. Talk about hiding in plain sight, I mean c'mon, this is some quality entertainment, real cutting edge stuff. They don't know what they're missing !! They must have given the cat "bunk" dust and sprinkled the real stuff over the header to this thread "invisible". I can still see him though !!

Hello Deanna, nice pelt, great pic, here's a few of my favorite pelts, I like em all so I guess I'll just post a few. Just got the bigger superman about a month back, I like them and it comes so close to being the smaller ones doppelganger, !! The blue lagoon walked through my door last summer so I snagged it at a more than reasonable price. I guess my Avatar I would have to say is my favorite Pelt. Steph's probably gonna move this to "General Marble Glass Chat" so no big surprise when it gets moved.

Good for a clam Bruce, I don't have even one without some damage, I think every time I look at them they have more damage, like the glass is falling apart or something ?? Probably the softest glass I've ever encountered, any clam is a good clam Like them old aggies to !! Yes all of mine but one or two have some kind of damage also.

Nice short tabs Bill The mib aint nothin to clown at either !! Christmas time, that popcorns gotta be the good stuff !!
