Great post Chad,

The yellow and red were always Akro in my book. Mostly because I could not say that they were anything else(hmmm).

The one next to it, below it, is a good candidate for one as well. The rest---you tell me, yes I see a Vitro in there.

I had this bag and marble verified by the King and Queen of Akro.

Thanks for that—Great folks, the Hardy’s.

The marble is one of six or so that they have seen and they have one that looks exactly like the one that I show here. The fist image is natural, the second under black light, the third is backlit.

The pouch, well what can I say, I did not need it to be verified but they sure liked it and were glad to see some of the stuff that is still out there to be found.

I wonder if these may be a paired set for Champions, probably will never know.

I collect pouches and I will never top this one. (well, you never know, do you)

Collect on!!

Boy howdy, Art, those are the coolest Akro bags I've ever seen - very special, and the marble is great too!

The yellow and red & the vitro are the only 2 I can positively I.D. the other 4 seem to be borderline cases, not Akro "but"

Thanks Dave...Patty collects mostly vintage porcelain, bone China and glass animals, one of my favorites being the little green bunny, a 1930's Czechoslovakian charm. All the mibs I have pictured are anywhere from 0.58-0.70, too give you an indication on how tiny they are! She started collecting Toby's also a while back, this miniature one in the last pic being my favorite 😊

Those Akro bags are the best I have seen. Plus to have a pair of them Wow !

Sorry for the wording that I used Ron. The bag is the same one, front and back ( whick makes it only cooler imho) I can only display it one side at a time here at home, so I gave it it's due here. I thought maybe the marble might be paired with it as a Champions prize.

Marble--On!!

A few stamps, all are from assorted Akroware, some backwards, some numbered, some signed, some unsigned but all Akro.

Great stuff Chad,

I really never really paid much attention to the marks. I looked for them of course, some do not have them and that always got me going when I found one. You have given me a new reason to dust.

Great post!!

I love the idea William.
The smaller it is, the more room to collect more. I was always amazed at the crock collectors that had to build a shed just to display their finds.
