The foil box looks like xmas ornaments. The blue/metallic have had about 10 years. Got from ebay digger. They put a ??? if was akro. Have had many differering opinions. It's still the most striking metallic I've seen.

I know that companies sometimes back filled later. But what year did Akro make that box?

For me there is something not right. The second pic doesnt show the pelts cuts as normally. The pic also shows where it makes "flamelike" points. Very uncharistic on a pelt.

Alan's pics and those in the auction are like night/day. Alan also got some crazy prices at times.

I was wondering when the miser was going to show. The blue/green with AV are blue surfers.

Pelt #5 box Marbles fhat came with the box. The odd liberty and a gray solid opaque were nice suprise. Akro 200 liberty tin. Children had to sell 5 subscriptions of Liberty magazine to get tin.

Moodblue or brown travelor 10W30 motor oil Tank. Looks green but back lights red. Chuck refers to these types as chameleon because it changes color when back litght.

green rebel copperhead rainbo 2 rainbos. The lemon lime is AV over full coverage.

2 graycoats and a hyrid liberty/rebel. Neon hornet. Dragons eye.

A peerless with blue AV. Zebra with black and green AV. A john deere with blue AV. A little beaten but cant find another. A cross thru with silver AV.

I am more interested on the box. It says 20, 34, 68 marbles and bag. It doesnt make sense. Never seen a box with 34 or 68 marbles. So how were they packaged with those numbers?

I got 4 lots. lot 51 akro lot 98 fancy benny lot 143 pelt lot 187 same cane peewee josephs 15% is cheaper than Morphy's. Only downside for me is that since I am in same state as auction I had to pay taxes as well.

Yes, seller is screwed. Paypal needs tracking. If seller not put tracking there is nothing that seller can do.. In 14 years i have had only 2 packages not show up and seller didntput tracking on it. The other part for paypal is if item isnt as described. In this auction seller trying to plead ingnorance and not tell about damage.

Yup I eluded to that fact on another board when this auction got questions. Their questions only asked what marbles came with it. Not even thinking they may be faked. I was suprised about that. You all remember Pavcraz? This is some info that Steph sent me some time back when i asked her on the fake bennies. They look like his stuff. Info on the people that faked mib boxes, and bennies. Ebay names and such. I remember him selling over 10 of his fakes boxes. All defferent kinds. Not just fake singles. There are a couple of people who are related. Between them they have a lot of names. The initial ones came from "youhave2bid2win". One of their latest was "marbleconnection". This is the Washington State branch. I'm not sure about their other names but Conny3706 is at least one past name associated with the family. Pavcraz and his alters also sold them out of Maine. He's the guy who made the fake Akro boxes. The family name of this little ring of forgers is Birchfield.

Still keeping with thread. Mine is most likely fob or pendant. A nice bullseye agate. Non dyed tan/white at 47/64. I got it from a friend that deals mainly in militaria. Not signed. The gold came out at 14k.

The seller is just as bad as Gremlin. Seller plagarized AAM ebay model and plagarized Dani (Zaboo) title look. Seller may think they are doing for fun but his ethics stink. Ronnie thanks for an in depth on how someone can do that with a popeye.
