  1. Yes the yellow one has a good bit of metallic on it.
  2. Thank you, yes it is very UV reactive. It's just one marble, different views.
  3. One of my favorites of this type Heaton. Reminded me of Medusa with the green and snaky look.
  4. Love the ones with both AV and ox. Those white and black ones are some of my favorite Heatons. I didn't find many of those during the digs but some people did. Here's one with both AV and ox. i have some better ones but haven't taken pics of them.
  5. Thanks Chad and Gladys! I agree on those single vane cats Ric, they are pretty hard to find. I think mine is that same color as yours. A few more. The last one might have a chance at Akro, but don't let the width of the seams fool you, this one is smaller, around 9/16" so it makes the seams look wider.
  6. Thanks Tommy and Ric! Some Heatons with oxblood.
  7. Thanks! Still room for improvement on mine but they work okay. I wish my camera had an actual focus instead of auto focus so I could get them just a little sharper.
  8. A few. Rich royal blue aventurine in the yellow/blue comet.
  9. Some of those are oysters. I don't think any are Voodoos best I can tell.
  10. Wow, loving the pics, especially the MFCs from the building and the paper Bill posted. Great stuff! Akro is the go-to folder for oxbloods, so I'll start there.
  11. Alley and Ravenswood both made these and they can be hard to distinguish one from the other but this group appears to be Alleys.
  12. Rare box full of rare marbles. I think they are all Davis. Great box!
  13. Nice odd box Ric! Davis? I don't recall seeing this box before.
  14. Yeah pink is pretty uncommon for all the old makers.
  15. Yes, good job making the match! You found one. Was this in a lot of Heatons or just a lot of random old marbles?
  16. Yes, 5/8". Don't worry, I got it from a Vitro collector who was also fooled. Once they found out it wasn't a Vitro, they didn't want it anymore It happens to the best of us.
  17. I am convinced they were made by Master. I have found some smaller masters in the exact same color combinations as the Paul Bunyans. When I met Roger Hardy, there was a similar conversation and he also said Master made them. Funny how I can remember that conversation but I can't remember what my wife told me to get at the store once I get there.
  18. Nice Chad, that last one I believe is actually a wales pincher. Here's one of mine: And to add to the Vitro lover's theme, how about some company paperwork signed by the man himself:
