Curious if is old or a repro?

It is not an original imho but when I cilck on the image and get a deep look at it, the design looks raised instead of imbedded.

The wood is interesting as well--I want to call it Black Walnut--but this seems wrong.

Kinda weird really.

It almost looks handmade. A cool find none the less.

Marble--On!!

These all came together in one lot? Wow! That Blue Devil is awesome.
Looks like you also have a red Double Ingot there?

Yeah the red double ingot I thought was a cranberry lutz when I looked at the lot.  Still turned out okay that it was not, lol. Got a few of these up on eBay if anyone is into that.

New Jersey Marble show on Apr 26 2025 "Booty"

What a GREAT TIME! My first marble show ever. The people were awesome. I didn't go to spend money but I did spend a little. The highlight for me was the people.

Marble Kings

A Celtic Rainbow. 6 Cub scouts, a couple blue rainbows and a tri colored rainbow.

More modern Marble Kings

Jack told me the ones on the left were an experiment of some kind with making Cats Eyes and they were a real P.I.TA. to work with. Center are 4 new Supermen. The only kind I can afford. On the right are some Anemic Bumble Bees that didn't get the yellow glass yet.

VAmarbles and Stephen Bahr gave me these. VA gave me this big 1 3/16th Boulder which I think is maybe a Vacor Scorpion or maybe a Black Panther. I am pretty sure he have me that green on white swirl that you see in the cello bag on the checker board lower right. He told me it's a good one but couldn't recall exactly the name of it. I'll find out in time. But the Rocks Cousteau "Day Maker" for this Mega Marble Guy ( which I may ask to change my name here to ) was the Frosted Michelangelo I think, it has blue on the other side. That was also from VA. I was blown away. They don't grow on trees. Thank you!

Stephen may not have given me that crazy MK in that picture. Has a neat ribbed yellow patch. I think the other two are also from him. THUMBS up. I also got an awesome Early Goldfish Shooter as a gift from Stephen. I bought all the rest of those shooters at his table.

Front and center is that green on white swirl  I mentioned above along with some others I bought separately in a baggie from Adam. Adam also gave me 4 shooters. I'm telling ya.:confetti:

Here I think are three cool Master Marbles from that baggie.

Some Pelts and some odds and ends and then I think these pee wees might be Akro and the Mama. I am starting to gather quite a few of this kind.

I love those green and yellow ones, well, maybe I like them very much.

NJMisc.thumb.JPG.6f6443cd7a0ca0bf48e47e80001b8708.JPG

and some patches, I am guessing 2 Vitro 1 Master and 1 Akro.

Soon as I got in the door I met Dave T

And he gave a deal on two of these nice bags of Jabo's. All my favorite Youtube movie stars were there. Mr Alley and the Marble Avenger.

And almost on the way out I returned to people I got the checker board and supplies from and bought these beautiful Jabos.

Finally, my shooters, I came to find a lot more than this and they were there I'm sure but I had a marble brain freeze after a couple hours. Sort of a cross between an ice cream brain freeze and temporary amnesia. Too much info to take it all in and the people were so cool, I just stopped shopping and had fun.

So I won 8 lots on hibid at the end of last month. They finally arrived yesterday.

Here are the auction pictures. Over 400 marbles and no damage was mentioned but for the Akro shooter.

Apr302025won.thumb.jpg.0b2cc85c6e34d0dcac89744339bdccbb.jpg

There were probably 100 that were chipped, fractured or had multiple pin pricks or were heavily played with. Terrible. Other lots were listed as having damage so I thought these should be a lot better. Of course some will get by the seller sometimes but my last experience with this seller was awesome. Oh well, I still think I got my moneys worth and there were a few goodies but nothing to jump up and down about. I am not going to complain to the seller. I just won't go back.

Here are the survivors that are acceptable to me that have made it to thier final resting place with thier own kind. There are some I need to ID yet but most are safe and snug at home with thier kin.

and these are not in the picture but are all Peltier Cats. I don't think they all qualify to be Bananas, but there are some in this lot of 50 I made up. ( Not the same as the Pelts in the top left corner ).

Thanks for looking, it's always good to have more marbles to add to the collection.
