West Virginia Wednesday !!

Recommended Posts

Go ahead and ask me why I will not ID a WVS.
These are all Champions, from a dig, from a well researched digger/collector. I have had these since the late 90’s. I always keep my digs separate.
I was a classic closet collector for many years and I researched the heck out of everything that I could, including sellers-----I still love research—I am out of the closet now but I still research to find the truth.
These are what they are—no doubt. Do some research on Champion marbles and be rewarded.
Too many marbles are I’d as------well you know.
Marble—On!!

I agree with this sentiment, Art. Champion made a lot of swirls for a lot of years. I wish we had better info about early production. I think the only company that made more is Alley.

C.e Bogard 50 CT bag ...

It's a good bag, Tommy. And yeah, their Cat's Eyes can sorta be all over the place. I've always liked the bubbly ones though.

Nice score on the bag Tommy, I’m really bad with bags they don’t stay unopened around me , i had a mesh bag that i was not going to open then one day when i was looking at the mibs in it one popped out of a little hole where one of the mesh threads broke ,I still got one Ravenswood buddy plastic bag that is unopened

That top marble is really sweet, Gladys. If the base is opalescent (looks it to me), it is one of the coolest Vitro Opals I have ever seen!
