Something looks wonky with that Lutz, a re-melt would be my guess.
The peppermint swirl (red,white, blue) in the group shot also looks a bit suspect in terms of the reverse twist and number of red bands.
by manufacturer mainly. Although sorting by pattern (patches, swirls, flames), or era (Handmade, transitional, machine made, modern) might make sense for some people. Same with color combos, or Country of origin (German, Japanese, Mexican, Dutch)

From the pics I'd say at least a dozen would be considered on the higher end of things, the 6 individual ones the most.
Nice marbles. When it comes to value, condition is Very important to collectors. Although sentimental value is another thing that is hard to associate a cost with. Thanks for sharing!
I was on the fence with "mist" but for some reason thought they had Mica along with the translucent colors. Not a type I think of often, thanks for jogging my memory

For me, it looks like some type of Joseph Coat pattern (although some might say a minimum # of colors required).
The whole "End of Day" terminology is another thing...I think the term was published in a couple marble books and imaginations ran wild.
