Interestingly enough, my CAC's are split darn near down the middle.... 2 seams 55% 1 seam 45% And many of the single seam marbles have a tail....so. I am with Galen on this, I have my hunches as well.

Looks like you are using both the flash and a light placed close by Duffy. That could lead to the true colors being a little "off". The flash is cooler (blue) than the lamp (warm). Also known as mixed lighting and a real nightmare for true color representation. You pictures are pretty good really. I assume you are not wanting to get all crazy with the photoshop software.

7:00 here on Cyclone Drilling Rig #20 in North Dakota. Ambient temp is a balmy -16F. Good thing the wind is blowing to make it feel like -40. Hey Buddy, you should smell the invert on the heaters out here.........burns your eyes when you walk in the doghouse. But we just keep on turning to the right. Everything is tarped in.
