    The top two pics and several in the other pics definitely fit in the foreign made category sometimes generally called Imperials. Imperial packaged marbles from many sources over the years but mainly from Asia in recent years.

    I think it is an Akro cork. The ribbons dip beneath the surface a little so it is a little confusing but I have seen many similar patters in corks over the years.

    With the sparse striping on the original post, I'd be thinking foreign - "Imperial" style.
