I have E5703732-D078-4984-80F8-55878C3BF6B2.thumb.jpeg.f3a9ca747ae4ce15ee74b194e97aaa8f.jpeg3B35612E-6B66-4D4B-A8E0-B6858BBA1D3E.thumb.jpeg.dd1768136315ab8ed05059db33ba714a.jpegbeen looking 15 years for these early models. I have one at home that was literally sold as a “marble holder”. For those extra special keepers I guess.

Are those the two HTF ones you have pix of the bottoms ?? I have some I got from my Father we used out trapping to carry waterproof matches in case we got caught overnight and had to start a fire ?? I'll dig around and find them so I can have a look !!

The trans red and opaque white looks Alley just from the one vies, the white appears extremely bright ? Maybe Christensen ?? Need a better look & size just to make sure,

Lots of variations, those with bales are post 1935, pretty common. The earliest and rarest had a screw in the cap to hold the leather seal in place.

looking forward to seeing what ya got.

Good grief, just found one of the three I have, I believe this is the one I bought, says made in China, drat, well that's strike one, two more to go !! Wish me luck !!

nice score on the 2nd round of rollers Tom I would of done that same thing and went back to buy the rest after 2nd guessing myself on why i did not get them all the first time😎 ,looks like one of them is full of bigger size mibs, for lots of us collectors it’s about the hunt ,and the rush of going though unknown mibs finding the ones that you like the most and of course the special / rare ones, i just got a gift from marble friends thank you Chuck and Val with dug mibs from the Heaton site and dug Alleys from Pennsboro and i’m loving the rush of cleaning some of the Heatons all but 3 of the Pennsboros i’m keeping the WV dirt on them only because it might be the only dug Alleys i ever get, this may sound weird but the WV dirt smells different then the dirt here in Alberta Canada i will be showing my new treasured mibs soon on here and on AAM

A cool little group of handmade's my gal's mother got me for Christmas. Going in, her mother knew nothing about marbles, just what she saw in my displays. She found these on Ebay, a store called Jim's Gemology. Apparently, alot of the stuff he has is from "old stock". Not familiar with him but he states that he's been involved in this field for many years. Not sure on the age of these, but nonetheless pretty cool and not too shabby for her first "purchase". Thanks, Mom 😊

Nothing I'd consider "extraordinary" but there are a half dozen interesting ones in the last pic (any non-white or yellow Latt is usually a bit more desirable and it looks like you may have 3 or 4 that fit that category)

Just got these on Sunday. A nice gooseberry, a mellonball and what I believe to be an Akron Roller. However after researching it more Im not too sure. Anyone know anything about Akron rollers by the American marble and toy Mfg Co?

And then while asking for marbles at an antique store some guy overheard me and invited me to his house as he does house clean outs and had loads of marbles. I was there for two hours identifying what he had and he gave me these four marbles for free. 2 mint akros and 2 mint germans. The brown has a slight Laticino core with mica.

Some nice finds there - the pink one is great. The fired clay marble is often referred to as an Akron Roller but I am not sure they were made by AM&T Co.
