Here are pics of the whole box. 80% will be going to kids at the next antique show. The remainder go into the collection. There were roughly 2 dozen German swirls, mostly smalls.

there is also a 1” onion skin that has many many hits. Wounded warrior…

There’s were in a single bag, 1/4” to 1/2”. The largest has the blue star embossed on it, with remnants of an orange star on the reverse. Don’t remember seeing this type before…41A7924C-FBB6-4D42-94DD-05E1E271743C.thumb.jpeg.2ba7cf0307df1c3715606ac3067c67d4.jpegCE1A9F87-856C-477F-9105-05A2168EA6BB.thumb.jpeg.c06b77f81f1de70f1b21bf0ff1c15221.jpeg

The star is a fake marble, made of ?? I forget but I know they where some kind of fill ?? Someone will chime in w/ the correct I.D.   Value is "notta"

Good to know, thanks. It did not impact what I offered, that was based on the 2 big ones I posted earlier. There was a 1-5/16” blue Bennington, plus a 5/8” blue/yellow Popeye.

Ah, found it, a relatively long read but it gives the complete story from beginning to end !!  Leftover drain field media (clay balls) painted etc...  & made to look like marbles, they're are still a lot of them around.

I don't stop in this thread often enough.

Those thumb pots are adorable.

Joep's carved concrete is amazing.

And I love Eggie's marble bag, with contents -- a time capsule.

To top off my “small” score, I doubled the size of my sulphide collection with a mint 2” squirrel!

with a 3” Blenko paperweight as a kicker.

we also discovered (via Craigslist) 0F8834D9-3FA8-4726-B444-E04ABCCE172E.thumb.jpeg.204d9b2e7a7a76fe51b7a3595a178d90.jpeg55391FBF-10CB-48E4-A61F-9914904D34C3.thumb.jpeg.3e0394a4c44738c170b5adb96f7f5989.jpeg06C75BD2-ACA6-45F3-8A6E-2000BDAB0112.thumb.jpeg.c029bb10015bc41f5eabf2bc2f8ca4da.jpeg2 boxes of 10 Blenko colored glass dalles, each is 8”x12”x1” thick. About 9lbs/dalle, so 180lbs in total. Thinking about adding them to our fence, similar to the fences at the Blenko Visitors Center in Milton, WV.

For those of you thinking about visiting Portland, I advise against it. Haven’t been there in 7 years, it is a worse sh…le than Seattle. Homeless camps everywhere, in every park, street corner, even in neighborhoods between houses. Very sad…
